Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FaithBench, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.

Use of the Benchmark

FaithBench is provided for research and educational purposes. You may:

  • Access and view benchmark results
  • Use benchmark data for research with appropriate citation
  • Submit models for evaluation (when available)
  • Share and discuss results publicly

Prohibited Uses

  • Misrepresenting benchmark results or methodology
  • Bulk extraction or systematic copying of individual test questions (see Intellectual Property below)
  • Using the site to harm, harass, or defame others
  • Automated scraping without permission

Intellectual Property

FaithBench's methodology, scoring framework, and evaluation approach are open for academic review and citation. When citing our work, please reference "FaithBench" with a link to faithbench.com.

Individual test questions are protected from bulk extraction to prevent benchmark gaming—this is standard practice for AI benchmarks (similar to MMLU, GPQA, and others). Keeping test items non-public preserves the integrity of benchmark scores.

Researchers seeking academic access to test content for peer review, replication studies, or related research may contact us at hello@faithbench.com.

Disclaimer

FaithBench evaluates AI model theological competence, not theological truth. High scores indicate accurate representation of tradition-specific positions, not endorsement. The benchmark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

FaithBench and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the benchmark or reliance on its results.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
